2.2 We have assessed our supply chain risk as low. 2.3 We review our risk exposure annually and when onboarding new suppliers, and take appropriate steps to mitigate identified risks.
3.1 We carry out appropriate checks on all employees, recruitment agencies, and suppliers, so that we know who is working for us or on our behalf.
3.2 Every employee receives a written employment contract and is paid in accordance with the law. We comply with our legal obligations in relation to health and safety, working hours, rest breaks, and holidays.
3.3 We use only reputable employment agencies and verify that all workers have the right to work in the UK. We do not withhold identity documents, make unlawful deductions from wages, or charge recruitment fees.
